Lindsay focuses her practice in representing commercial lenders in real estate transactions as well as loan workouts, receiverships, bankruptcies and liquidations. She works closely with loan officers in preparing for and completing commercial closings, mortgage foreclosure sales and secured party sales. She is also responsible for handling receivership closings for the firm.
Prior to receiving her J.D., Lindsay gained experience with several law firms concentrating in family law, commercial, real estate and insurance litigation. She also worked in private industry with in-house counsel for a multi-national public corporation.
